Yvette is the 2008 NGA Northwest Natural Masters Figure Champion and has trained several medalists in the field. Yvette’s enthusiasm and knack for teaching proper motor development and technical movement has made her a highly regarded instructor in the industry. Since 1984, she has taught everything from ski conditioning to gentle yoga. Yvette is currently an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, RYS 200 Certified Instructor and StagesFlight Cycling Certified Instructor with a Kinesiology/Health Promotion degree from Boise State University. Yvette has managed fitness programs and facilities in Boise and Sun Valley since 1990. Charlie believes that personal training should be about lifestyle choices so your exercise routine is incorporated into an overall wellness regimen. He currently loves to work with young athletes to gain speed and agility and people who want to use fitness to improve their day to day lives. Charlie has been training for over 13 years with experience working with people of all ages, fitness levels, and goals. His personal training certification is through the National Council of Strength and Fitness, and he also has certifications for TRX, Kettlebell, and indoor cycling. Charlie has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Education and a Minor in Health. After university, he left the east coast to travel out west to Crested Butte, Colorado, where he found his love for snowboarding and the mountain town lifestyle. Charlie has been an athlete his entire life, running track and playing football in high school and continuing his football career into college. In her spare time, Kim loves to hike, bike, and skate ski with her husband Troy, AND spend time with her children and grandchildren.Ĭharlie Schubert recently moved to the Wood River Valley with his fiancé, Kelsey Brennan, and his son, Dylan. She is thrilled to be back working in personal training. Over her years in Sun Valley, Kim has taught fitness classes and been a personal trainer at Zenergy. Edwards, Kim returned to working with adults in Vero Beach, FL, as the Fitness Director at the Jungle Club as well being the Manager of the John’s Island Fitness Club and Spa. Edward’s School in Vero Beach, Florida for 10 years and helped to raise the number of Presidential Physical Fitness award winners from 2 to 34, and the National Physical Fitness award winners from 20% to 80% of the school.Īfter St. Kim also taught elementary physical education at St. At age 27, Kim opened her own, very successful aerobic studio, Parkplace Workout, in Kirkland, Washington. Kim was also the staff kinesiologist, instructor trainer, and class instructor for Golden Aerobics, with a staff of over 100 teachers in Washington and Oregon. Once through her schooling, she became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at the Bellevue Athletic Club. Kim Howard graduated Magna cum Laude with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Washington, and also holds a Masters Degree in School Guidance from the University of Southern Mississippi.
